Two Office chairs stolen
When you hire people to work for your company you want them to be responsible as you want to be able to count on them. They can^t let you down and they have to be trustworthy. That is something really important and crucial for you. That is why you pay attention during the job interview. You want only the best workers to be with you as you want them to make money for you in the future. If they won^t do it then there is no point whatsoever to hire them. Naturally it is easy to make a mistake and to hire wrong people but you will learn whether your decision was right or not, later when it might be too late. That is something that has happened to me recently. I have hired a person that I thought was perfect but later I have realized that he is terrible. I have noticed that two Office chairs has been stolen from our company and I think that he is responsible for it. They were in our warehouse for a lot of years as no one was using them. He must have saw them and took them. Later he must have sold them on some online auction or something of that kind. I guess that he has made some money on this transaction and that it was profitable for him, don^t you think that this is the case?
