Are they really fashionable again or is it a kind of fad that will disappear in no time? Well, I"ve seen so many women wearing Leather Coats since the beginning of autumn. Is it possible that leather is in this year? I doubt it, taking into account that so many organizations fight for animal rights today. On the other hand, other organization claim that it"s exactly the opposite. It"s the leather that is the most eco-friendly fabric nowadays. Who"s right? Well, it"s difficult to say. All of these people have supported their opinions with scientific facts. But personally, there are also facts that support something that is exactly the opposite. Leather Coats and other similar clothes can actually cause pollution, not after you stop wearing and discard them, but in the process of manufacturing. Did you know that leather requires a lot of preparation processes before it can be used to make clothes and other goods? But synthetic materials can cause pollution as well. Cotton can cause it too, contrary to common beliefs. If you want to use cotton that is eco-friendly, choose organic fabrics. Leather Jacket might protect you from the wind and rain, but a raincoat or a good waterproof jacket is a good solution as well.
