Someone to sell gold to

The most important thing when you are running a business is having customers that you know and that can rely on you. Building such groups of customers is really important. Thanks to them you can be sure that you will always earn money and be able to keep on running this business that you have. That is something that some of the owners I know couldn^t understand. They believe that they can change customers all the time, look for new ones, etc. This is not a good idea. I know what I am talking about as I have had many stores in my life and I have seen that this strategy isn^t working. As a matter of fact I have a similar problem now. I sell gold and have a little store located in the suburbs of the city. I really like my job but the problem is that my clients are changing all the time. Due to this fact I can never be sure how long I will be able to run this business. So far it has been great and I as able to sell gold to many people. Maybe they are changing all the time because my store is next to the highway? How do you think? I have tried different methods to make those old customers come back but nothing worked. Can you give me any hints? Thanks for your help in advance.
